1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The return request is made within 3–7 days of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or special discount (unless defective)

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (if applicable)
  • In some cases, refunds may be provided as store credit

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).


4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof (photo/video).


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the issue is caused by us (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return cost

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
